White Man is a Black Man, Repeatedly Arrested without Getting Shot; Kicked the Crown Attorney's Ass in Court; Sued the Ministry of the Attorney General; and Started a New Career Among the Legal Industry
I was born as a white man and have never resided in Ajax, Ontario. Regardless, on September 17 2014, Justice P.W. Nicholson of the Superior Court of Ontario issued an order/judgment that inherently turned me into a 'black man' from Ajax.
Justice Nicholson's order/judgment states that I had: "...conflict with Police... ultimately resulted in at least one police officer losing their job."; yet the Office of the Independent Police Review Director and Chief of Police had earlier documented 'publicly', that the particular officer had been fired for excessive force upon a "black man" from Ajax. Consequently, if the words of Justice Nicholson are believed, then ergo I am a "black man" from Ajax. That said, I personally recall never experiencing any excessive force by any Police officer whatsoever at any time in my history on planet Earth. However, I do recall repeatedly and peacefully surrendering myself at the front-counter of 17 Division every time that I learned of repeated warrants for my arrest. Maybe I appear white to Police, and I only appear black to Justice Nicholson?
Prior to Justice Nicholson implicating me as the "black man" from Ajax, I had represented myself in about twenty (20) courtroom appearances for various criminal charges against me (all charges against me were "withdrawn for no reasonable prospect of conviction") wherein on the public record, I kicked the Crown Attorney's ass (figuratively speaking) and yet again, had the presiding judge, issue Orders that the transcript of the day's proceedings shall be provided to me at the taxpayors' expense. Walking down the aisle through the body of a packed courtroom, making my exit, various lawyers put out their hands to 'give-me-five' and said: "...go public, take control of the public narrative surrounding this...". Thus, this webpage was conceived.

As per the transcript, the Judge and Crown Attorney confirm that I had been wrongfully arrested and charged five (5) times as all charges against me, every time that I was repeatedly arrested, had been "withdrawn for no reasonable prospect of conviction". I subsequently initiated civil lawsuits against various entities including the Ministry of the Attorney General. One of the wrongful charges against me related to circumstances that had bounced back and forth between the Family Court, Criminal Court, and Civil Courts. In Family Court, I had been ordered by Justice Shaughnessy to send a copy of the Family Court file to the Durham Children's Aid Society, which happened to include Affidavits from various people, including as exhibits, photos/video screenshots regarding my (now ex) wife's alcoholism, illicit drug use, and lesbian sexual behaviour. I had complied with Justice Shaughnessy's Order, doing exactly as I was instructed - I sent a copy of my Family Court file to Durham Children's Aid Society; for which the now fired and criminally convicted Police officer, wrongfully arrested me, and in his synopsis/arrest report, the Police officer wrote:

“...The accused sent an email to Durham Children's Aid Society accusing Amanda Jess and friend January Ryan who works for Toronto Children's Aid Society of using drugs and engaging in lesbian sexual activities while Steven and Amanda's children are in the house. The accused in the same email stated that Children's Aid is in a conflict of interest because of the made allegations.”

The charges against me (the implicated "black man" from Ajax) were dropped after I had supplied the Crown Attorney with copy of the Court Order as issued by Justice Shaughnessy and copy of various photos, videos, and 3rd-party Affidavits, including an Affidavit sworn by a clinical investigator (namely Bea Hancock) acting on behalf of the Ministry of the Attorney General (Children's Lawyer), whom had stated in her sworn Affidavit, that I had consented and participated as a swinger in the lesbian threesomes - which if true, means that I would had first hand knowledge of the lesbian sex and therefore I had qualified priviledge among Affidavits and Exhibits in the Family Court materials. Further, I supplied the Crown Attorney with copies of recorded phone calls from Lorna Rimland-Jess wherein Lorna informed me about the illicit drug use regarding various minor children at my home, and about various legal process interference/witness tampering by the Children's Aid Society employee, allegedly as according to Lorna, "begged " Lorna not to provide truths to the Court.
Interestingly, with regard to the unusual circumstances as detailed within the above noted Court transcript, my additional lawsuits also involved my ex-wife's father as a Defendant due to his subsequent actions as a joint tortfeasor and conspirator among the tort law issues; and whom subsequently was served with a copy of his daughter's lesbian porn video as part of the lawsuit disclosure as was lawfully required in accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure.
At present; I (Steve) operate a digital marketing company serving the legal community and I do legal research/consultant work among drafting of pleadings for various lawyers and paralegals. I have not been arrested again in many years, and after looking in the mirror today, it is my belief that I am a white man - never shot or beaten up by Police, during any of the repeated occasions that I have been wrongfully arrested.
